Description

The ultrasonic, self-powered anemometer includes both wind speed and wind direction sensors.
The power requirement is fairly small and is powered by a small solar panel on top of the unit along with a rechargeable lithium battery in the wider part of the stem of the unit, immediately below the ultrasonic platform.
